You will work alongside the existing DSS+ specialist team to deliver coaching and training to help change the safety culture and behaviours within the Dutch facilities of a global business. Who are you? As a Dutch-speaking Risk Management and Health & Safety expert, you will be delivering coaching and training to the leadership teams of this global business, working as part of the DSS+ delivery team. As well as a track record of delivering coaching to affect behavioural change, you will have an in-depth understanding of operational risk management with a strong grasp of Health & Safety issues within hazardous environments You must be willing to work on a freelance basis as well as have the ability to speak both Dutch and English fluently. #LI-PF1
